We are a small USA Boxing gym and NASM partner facility!
Our programs consist of 1 to 1 personal coaching in Boxing , functional strength training and conditioning .using kettle bells ,bands and body weight exercises
the 30 min boxing express program a high intensity interval focus pad workout that will give you an hour worth of training packed into 30 min.
High intensity walk and body weight group ,a 1 hour high intensity interval walk that gets you andd keeps you in the fat burning zone while including body weight exercises while touring beautiful historic old own Marblehead
Jeet Kune Do and Chinese gung fu ,and our own Small circle Wing Chun! Taught by Peter Easterlind , certified USA boxing coach, Full instructor JKD recognized by Bruce Lee original student Steve Golden
